Carcar City police arrested a woman facing charges of illegal gambling at Barangay Guadalupe, Carcar City in southern Cebu last Monday evening, Nov. 20.
Gretchen Gentapan, a 21-year-old resident of the area, had a pending arrest warrant on her case.
Gentapan is now detained at the Carcar police precinct with bail set at P20,000.
