SECURITY is up at Carmen town as it hosts for the second time the Cebu Provincial Sports and Cultural Meet starting Sunday until Dec. 2, this Saturday.
Chief Insp. Christian Torres, Carmen municipal police chief, said they augmented their personnel with units sent by the Police Regional Office to secure the participants and 10 billeting stations for the event.
