SPECTRUM Runners Club’s ace long distance runners Rafael Pescos and Lizane Abella logged big wins in the Antique International Marathon last December 20 in San Jose, Antique.

Both Pescos and Abella snatched the top spots in the men and women’s 42-kilometer race, respectively.

Pescos clocked two hours and 39 minutes to top the men’s race. Macline Sadia placed second while National Milo Marathon grand finals champion Jeson Agravante settled for third.

Abella, meanwhile, finished the women’s 42k race in three hours and 12 minutes — a new personal best.

Her previous personal record in the 42k race was 3:14, which she logged last year in the National Milo Marathon grand finals in Iloilo City.
