PRO-7 awards outstanding police offices in Central Visayas
The Police Regional Office in Central Visayas (PRO-7) has announced the final list of the outstanding police offices for this year’s 117th Police Service Anniversary celebration.
The Cebu Provincial Police Office (CPPO) bagged most of the awards, winning 8 of the 16 awards.
The awards include the Best Provincial Mobile Force Company, Best Component City Police Station for Danao City Police Station, and Best Municipal Police Station for Consolacion Police Station.
On the other hand, the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) is this year’s Best City Police Office, Best City Mobile Force Company, and Best City Police Station for Fuente Police Station.
The Bohol Provincial Police Office (BPPO) was hailed as the Best Provincial Police Office in the region.
“Atong gitan-aw g’yud is their performances (We looked at their performances)as an officer and police office or station,” said Supt. Jonathan Abella, the chief of Regional Personnel and Human Resource Development Division (RPHRD-7).
