THE Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-AdC) Magis Eagles bagged two titles in the 2nd Mactan Football Festival 2018 held at the Benthel Asia School of Technology in Basak, Lapu-Lapu City, last Saturday.
The Magis Eagles brought home the Under 9 and U15 titles.
In the U9, the Magis Eagles blanked the Canduman FC, 2-0, in the finals while in the U15, they edged LOOK FC, 1-0, in their title match.
The University of San Jose-Recoletos, meanwhile, upset the Don Bosco Liloan following a penalty shootout, 4-3, to clinch the U17 title.
The University of Southern Philippines Foundation prevailed via shootout against Sais FC, 3-2, for the U13 title while the Golden Kids UTD FC also won via penalty shootout against SHS-Ateneo FC B, 3-2, in the U11 category.
In the U7 category, the KNF UTD FC reigned supreme with a 3-1 outsmarting of the Cubacub FC. The Einstein Mighty Geeks FC blanked Golden Kids UTD FC, 3-0, for the third place.
