Mezzo Hotel Resident Manager Joan Osabel, along with her team, gears up for the second quarter of 2018 to elevate Mezzo Hotel’s standards in both food and service.

Ambitious and excellence-driven, Osabel is a Hotel and Restaurant Management graduate of the University of San Carlos. She started her career in the hospitality industry eight years ago as Front Office Associate and later on given side duties as Guest Services Officer and Group Coordinator at a resort in Cebu. She also has prior experiences as Sales Account Executive and Head of Front Office and Rooms Division.

Her nature to manage multiple roles at a time enabled her to handle the position of being the Resident Manager of Mezzo Hotel.

“We want to be known in Mezzo for our quality service and food,” said Osabel. The hotel recently introduced an international buffet with a delightful twist that is distinctly Mezzo.

“This year we’re planning to kick off our full-blown weekend buffet by June,” she added. The weekend buffet will highlight their seafood menu as well as a fusion of Filipino, Chinese and Japanese favorites.

Aside from food, Osabel is currently taking on partnerships for fitness wherein their gym enrollees will get to experience a holistic approach to their body health with the aid of a fitness life coach.

Apart from the hotel’s big plans, Mezzo currently has promotions set for the comfort and enjoyment of its guests.

Special hotel promotions are also available until June including a day-use Barkada Room accommodation good for 10 persons from 9 AM to 5 PM for only P6,000 and a 15% discount at Cafe Mezzo, the hotel’s signature dining restaurant.

Guests can also swim in Mezzo’s indoor pool and enjoy an a la carte menu for only P550 per person which already includes free use of the gym.
