A total of P1.7 Million worth of drugs were seized in a drug-bust conducted in Barangay Poblacion town, in Panglao, Bohol on Friday morning.
The operation was conducted by the Philippine National Police (PNP) PNP Drug Enforcement Group 7 ( Special Operations Group 5) and the Provincial Intelligence Branch of Bohol Provincial Police Office led by Police Supt. Glen Mayam, the chief of PNP DEG-7.
Police identified the suspect as Rey Jacquese Cesar Araña, who was arrested by police operatives inside his house.
Seized from him were three large packs of suspected shabu worth P1.7 Million.
Araña is now detained at Panglao Police precinct pending the filing of charges against him.
