The vibrance of being a youthful 16 shows through in the new look of the  Cebu Daily News website.

Aside from its easy-to-navigate features, the site now sits in the portal of Inquirer.net, the top news website in the country, which gives Cebu Daily News a wider reach than before.

The transfer was made in January 8, the start of Sinulog fever in Cebu.

As a treat for viewers, CDN in partnership with Sky Cable, embarked on livestreaming the Sinulog from the start of the Sunday grand parade at 9 a.m. to the fireworks past 7 p.m.

For homesick Filipinos abroad, and thousands else across the country with a computer and  internet access,  the sights and sounds of over 30 dance contingents performing  on stage at the Cebu City Sports Complex was a gift of connection.

(After the Sinulog parade, page views doubled and the number of “unique visitors” tripled from last month’s traffic.)

Click on www.cebudailynews.inquirer.net and read a selection of stories, breaking news and vivid photos that will give you a glimpse of Cebu.

If you missed the Sinulog, check out the Best Sinulog Photos by our photojournalists in the tab “Multimedia”.
We kept the no-clutter look of the site and made sure viewers can find videos, audio clips and a gallery of photos.
