LICENSE PLATE RELEASE: LTO-7 urges vehicle owners to contact dealers
The Land Transportation Office in Central Visayas (LTO-7) called on vehicle owners to contact their dealers for the release of their license plates.
LTO-7 Director Victor Emmanuel Caindec said the vehicle owners need to execute an affidavit allowing the dealers to claim the plates from their regional office.
Last week, LTO-7 announced that 17,396 plates covering from July to December 2016 are ready for release.
But Caindec said less than 1,000 were released because the vehicle owners have not executed their affidavits to their dealers.
