Presidential Assistant for the Visayas Michael Dino denied any hand in the offer to issue 20 police escorts for Mabolo Barangay Captain Prisca Nina Mabatid.
In an earlier interview with reporters, Mabatid said that the Office of the Presidential Assistant for the Visayas (OPAV) has offered her police detail amid death threats she received since she has announced her bid for president in the Association of Barangay Councils (ABC) Cebu City.
Dino, however, said that he is prepared to help facilitate the issuance of security escorts for Mabatid if she will seek his help.
