Two men were shot by three unidentified assailants riding on board a motorcycle at the Cebu International Convention Center (CICC), Mandaue City at past 11 p.m. on Thursday (August 2).
The victims were identified as Ropil Norvaso and Ricky Andujar, residents of Barangay Binaliw, Cebu City.
Found in Norvaso’s wallet was his court release order for the case of reckless imprudence resulting to homicide.
Andujar, who is Norvaso’s companion, managed to run outside CICC but was chased and finished by one of the gunmen near Guizo Barangay Hall.
P03 David Umambac of Centro Police Station said that they will continue to investigate to determine the motive and identity of the perpetrators.
