Mandaue Council commends Louise Theunis for topping pharmacist licensure exam

City officials have extended their greetings and commendation to 2016 Ms. Mandaue 2016 first runner-up Louise Tan Theunis for topping the August 2018 pharmacist licensure examination.

During their council session on Wednesday afternoon, legislators passed a resolution by Councilor Cynthia Cinco-Remedio congratulating and commending Theunis for her latest feat.

Theunis, 19, got a rating of 91.55 percent during the examination and bested more than 4,000 other examinees nationwide.

She graduated Magna Cum Laude at the Cebu Doctor’s University (CDU) in April.
