Motorcycle rider shot on busy Cebu City street

A motorcycle rider was seriously wounded after he was shot by a still unidentified assailant while along the busy street of Cardinal Rosales Avenue located at the Cebu Business Park in Cebu City early Monday night (October 8).

Chief Inspector Dindo Alaras, chief of the Mabolo police station, identified the victim as Jason Faustor, a resident of Liloan town in northern Cebu.

Faustor was brought to the hospital while police are yet to identify his gunman who immediately fled the area on board another motorcycle.

Initial investigation by the police showed that Faustor sustained a gunshot wound on his face.
