WITH Cebu’s construction experiencing more growth, a cement company is aiming to get a bigger slice of the local market by going digital in serving their clients.

Cemex Holdings Philippines, described their latest undertaking, as an “industry gamechanger.”

Called Cemex Go, the firm’s client servicing online platform or the fully integrated digital services platform, would allow customers to contact CEMEX anytime, anywhere using their mobile devices such as their smart phone, iPad, desktop or laptop, according to Cemex in a statement.

“We at Cemex has always strived to be at the forefront of innovation with customers’ needs at the center of our business. Technological
advancements are intended to simplify processes and make work and life more efficient so we can focus on more important matters,” said Ignacio

“Nacho” Mijares, Cemex Holdings Philippines president and CEO in a statement.

Cemex said customers would only need to access their CEMEX Go account and then be able to place orders, adjust orders, review transaction history, view all relevant information, and be able to download and print needed documentation such as delivery receipts and
invoices.

CEMEX Go also enables tracking of shipments real-time via GPS and gives customers instant notifications of their order status – thus providing full visibility and transparency.

“This is our inspiration behind Cemex Go, which is to harness digital capacity to create a more superior experience throughout the customer journey,” Mijares said./PR
