Sunnies by Charlie to give away 100 pairs during opening day
Summer 2014 just got brighter with the arrival of Sunnies by Charlie in Cebu on Saturday, February 22. An independent eyewear and lifestyle brand based in Manila, Philippines, Sunnies was founded in 2013 in response to the need for quality eyewear at affordable costs. A collaborative effort between four friends, the owners and team behind the brand include Georgina Wilson, Bea Soriano, Martine Cajucom and Eric Dee Jr.
To celebrate its opening, Sunnies will be giving away 100 free pairs to guests. A claim stub will be given to the first 100 people who queue up outside Entrance 6, SM City Cebu, Northwing (Starbucks entrance)on Saturday before the mall opens at 10 a.m. As an added treat, there will be a meet and greet with Georgina Wilson from 12 noon – 1 p.m. at the Sunnies Station for those who bring their Sunnies with them.
Already celebrated as a trend-savvy sunglass destination, Sunnies offers curated eyewear with UV protection starting at P249. From unisex, retro-inspired and classic styles, Sunnies has a pair to suit all demographics of the contemporary market. It currently carries over one hundred fifty styles with new pieces consistently delivered bi-monthly and is expanding their ever growing collection to include more unisex styles for men.
In Cebu, the Sunnies Station is located at the SM Northwing near Kultura starting February 22. Nationwide, Sunnies By Charlie is available at the Sunnies Stations in SM MOA, SM, Southmall, SM Megamall, SM Pampanga, the Sunnies Shoppe in Glorietta 2, Zalora (zalora.com.ph/sunniesbycharlie) or any of the five Charlie shops with many more additional branches opening all over the Philippines this year.
