Marking Zion Masterpiece Corporation first project, the latest development is not just going to be another building complex, as it will house a mall and condominium that will seat atop the establishment.
The 1952 sqm development is divided in three phases.
According to Zion Masterpiece Corporation’s Chief Project Design and Development Officer, Architect Archimedes Albiso, construction for the Centro North Zion Mall (Phase 1) is scheduled to start next month.
The 4-storey premium mall will have retail spaces for premium establishments such as restaurants, boutiques, cafes and a grocery outlet.
Subsequently, it will be followed by the first tower of the condominium (North Zion Centrale Residential Towers), to be followed by its twin annex.
Introduced to the public last March 16, Saturday, the blessing and groundbreaking ceremony hinted the people of what it has to offer by giving them a preview of what they are offering through its model units.
