Comelec Cebu City prepares to serve copy of Arcilla’s disqualification order

CEBU CITY, Philippines – A copy of the First Division order for the cancellation of the candidacy of Cebu City Councilor Alvin Arcilla was already received at the Comelec North District office this morning, March 26.

The First Division ruled that Arcilla was no longer qualified to seek another term in office.

Lawyer Marchel Sarno, north district election officer, said that they will be sending a copy of the order to Arcilla’s camp this afternoon.
