Murder charges against assailants of shopper to be elevated to court

The murder charges against two security officers accused of mauling to death a shopper of Gaisano Metro last year were elevated before the Regional Trial Court (RTC), Tuesday morning.

The case will be raffled off to a judge who will issue the arrest warrant on former Gaisano Metro CCTV operator Jeffrey Aquino and former chief of security Mauricio Doblados.
The two men are accused of mauling to death Mario Alfie Ducayag who was mistaken for sholpifting a pair of slippers at the mall last April 12.
