The Agsungot Shooting Stars also triumphed over the Tune Squad, 100-95, even as the Ace of Spades turned away the Sekretonians, 100-85.
Alphas Basketball beat Civil Basketball, 70-66, while the RCAF gored the Matadors, 134-100, behind Wilson Gabucan’s near triple-double of 29 points, 11 assists and eight rebounds.
The Sherilin Plastics also won their fourth in a row with a 95-79 victory over the Raging Wolves, thanks to the 20 points of Oliver Sanoy. Freeasia nipped Nat’s Fish Crackers, 85-83, while Regla Basketball edged the Vikings, 85-82.
Digilink won over Re-Ignite Hope, 78-70, while TUF IT Park eked past Ruyal E-Sports, 72-69, behind Nino Belande’s all-around effort of 18 points, seven rebounds, six assists and three steals. /bmjo
