Cebu City, Philippines —A father and his son were arrested in a buy-bust operation led by members of the Waterfront Police Station (Station 3) on Tuesday night, April 16, 2019 in Sitio Laray, Barangay Carreta here.
Led by Police Major Joemar Pomarejos, the chief of Waterfront Police Station, together with personnel from the Drug Enforcement Group, the police arrested 63-year-old Norberto Milagrosa “Alyas Pungkol” and his son, 28-year-old Rotchie Milagrosa.
Both were caught with several sachets of suspected illegal drugs worth around P12,000.
Two others were also busted during the operation. These were Erwin Ona, 34, and Armando Milagrosa, 34, who is said to be the nephew of Norberto.
The suspects are currently detained at the Waterfront Police Station. /bmjo
