CEBU CITY, Philippines – The Central Visayas Regional Athletic Association (CVIRAA) Meet has been postponed by the Department of Education in Central Visayas (DepEd-7) to a still undetermined date.

The regional meet, which serves as a selection tournament for representatives of Central Visayas to the Palarong Pambansa, was supposed to be held in Dumaguete City from February 22 to 29, 2020.

The suspension is due to the threat of the 2019-novel coronavirus (nCoV) in the region.
