Celebrate Mother’s Day at SM City Cebu

By: PR May 09,2014 - 08:44 AM

Celebrate Mother’s Day at SM City Cebu on May 11 and listen to the music of one of Cebu’s notable choir group, the Mandaue Youth Chorale.

The group, formerly called the Mandaue Children’s Choir, received the Ani ng Dangal award last year from the National Commission on Culture and the Arts (NCCA). It also won two gold trophies at the Hong Kong International Children and Youth Chorale Competition. They also championed the children’s category in the grand prix competition of the First World Choir Championship in South Korea in 2009.

The Mandaue Children’s Choir has evolved into what is now known as the Mandaue Youth Chorale – a vibrant combination of the original choir members who have mostly grown into youths and a younger set of new members.

The group is set to perform at the Northwing Atrium on May 11 at 4pm.

Express your love and appreciation to your mom at the Message Wall located at the lower ground floor fronting Lokal in SM City Cebu, and at the atrium in SM City Consolacion.

Also check-out live bands on May 11 at 4pm at the Event Centre in SM City Consolacion.

For event updates, check-out SM City Cebu (Official) and SM City Consolacion (Official) on Facebook.
