A 21-YEAR-OLD man was shot dead by an unidentified assailant in barangay Sambag 2, Cebu City past midnight yesterday.
Devin Padayao was eating noodles by the roadside when a man approached him inquiring about a house for rent in the area. The man suddenly pulled out a gun and shot Padayao four times in the head.
SPO4 Alex Dacua said the gunman had a companion who was driving the motorcycle which they used to get away.
