Philmar and Lilo
CEBU CITY, Philippines– Proud dad moment!
Professional surfer Philmar Alipayo shared on his Instagram account on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, a series of videos showing his two-year-old daughter, Lilo, standing on a surfboard by herself.
Although Lilo was on the surfboard with her dad, the toddler needed no help from her dad as she stood up on her own riding some baby waves in Siargao.
“So proud of you my brave little girl @liloislandgirl already standing up on her own 🙏🏽,,” captioned Alipayo.
In a vlog uploaded by the family on their Youtube channel Happy Island fam on April 2021, the family shared some of Lilo’s surfing clips. These clips showed that Lilo was not yet comfortable standing on her own and still needed her papa’s help.
Lilo is the eldest daughter of Andi Eigenmann and Philmar Alipayo.
Alipayo is best known as the professional surfer who won the 19th Siargao National Surfing Cup in 2017, becoming the first Filipino surfer champion of the Philippine Surfing Championship Tour.
