Policemen from the City Intelligence Branch (CIB) conducted a buy-bust operation at sitio Lower Lumar, barangay Lorega and arrested Allan Manal, 56, father of Lorega councilman Glenn Mark Manal.

Recovered from Allan’s possession were five big packs suspected to contain shabu with an estimated value of P250, 000; P10,000 cash which was allegedly used as the boodle money in the bust, another P2,000 cash and eight pieces of counterfeit P1,000 notes.
