3rd Global Brand Workshop at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu

The event is organized by the Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) and Lexis Branding, aiming to educate participants about brand trends, social media convergence and the effect of the
Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) integration on their brands.

The workshop will be facilitated by Jacqueline Alexis Thng, chief executive officer of Lexis Branding, who has more than 20 years of experience in branding strategy. She was formerly Managing Director of The Brand

Union/Ogilvy and Senior Consultant of Addison Design Consultants. She has led and consulted on a diverse range of strategic and integrated branding projects for corporate, consumer and retail
on a global and regional scale.

Milestone brands she developed include Octopus Hong Kong for the transport consortium (including Naming in Cantonese and English); Tamagotchi, the world’s first digital pet, for Bandai Japan; Bank Mandiri, Indonesia’s largest state bank; Goldilocks, Philippines’ leading bakery and foodshop; Belo Medical Group, Asia’s largest aesthetic beauty brand;

Metrobank, Philippines; Bench, Philippines; and Penshoppe, among many others. The event will feature a special guest speaker on social media, Hamzah Alsagoff, contagion catalyst at Hamilton & Sherwin.

He has more than 20 years of marketing communication convergence skills and experience. He has strategic and hands‐on communication experience and exposure in strategic planning, leading and working directly as a co‐brand custodian in marketing brands and products in diverse range of categories, such as FMCG, retail, IT, cosmetics, property, and automobile.

Registration fee for the 3rd Global Brand Workshop is Php 1,500 for MCCI members and P2,500 for non-MCCI members.
