Jennylyn Mercado shares fitness journey a month after giving birth
CEBU, Philippines— Celebrity mom Jennylyn Mercado is getting back in shape!
On Instagram, Mercado uploaded some snaps of her first day working out after a month of postpartum.
The 35-year-old mother of two admitted that postpartum fitness is not easy yet inspired fellow mommies to push through.
”Postpartum fitness isn’t easy but we’ll make it through! 💪

Mercado and her husband Dennis Trillo welcomed their first child together last April 25, 2022.
The couple revealed that they are expecting their first child last October 2021. They also confirmed their intimate civil wedding through a YouTube vlog released on November 20, 2022.
Mercado and Trillo have sons from their previous relationships. Mercado has a 13-year-old son, Alex Jazz, with actor Patrick Garcia, while Trillo has a 14-year-old son, Calix Andreas, with actress Carlene Aguilar.
