Land Asia Realty and Development Corporation celebrated their 22nd anniversary the Casino Royale way last October 20 at the Teatro Casino of Waterfront Hotel, Lahug. Graced by ladies all dolled up wearing their glittery dresses and gentlemen looking dapper with their tuxedos, the event was anchored on the theme “22 Years in Globally Competitive, Sustainable and Adapting Innovative Technology in the Real Estate Industry”.

For more than two decades now, Land Asia has been successfully carrying out its mission:”To provide real estate properties and advisory for Philippine investment, vis-à-vis commercial real estate and quality residential real estate services to clients in all price ranges”. As how Land Asia Chairman Ric Inting puts it, the success that the corporation has been reaping from the day of its inception in 1992 is the result of the collective efforts of its management and staff who are eager to put the corporation on top of the game.

Today, Land Asia is hitting the ground running on their 22nd year by enhancing their services to meet the growing needs of its clients with the aid of modern technology.

Land Asia aims to be the largest commercial, industrial and residential real estate and marketing brokerage in the country. Because they are committed to serving the globally competitive market, for the succeeding years, Land Asia continues to expand its scope and real estate services.
