Married man and his mistress caught inside Cebu City pension house

CEBU CITY, Philippines – A married man from Mandaue City and his alleged mistress will be facing concubinage charges after authorities caught them both inside a pension house here on Sunday, October 15, 2023.

Police in Parian Police Station, Cebu City confirmed arresting a 50-year-old man and his 48-year-old alleged mistress inside a pension house along Mabini Street in Brgy. Parian around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.

CDN Digital has decided not to disclose the names of those involved.

According to police, the man’s wife believed that her husband was having an affair.

On Sunday evening, she sought the police’s assistance after finding out that her husband had checked in at a nearby pension house without informing her.

The police barged inside the room where her husband checked in and found him and her alleged mistress, who is a widower from Brgy. Cogon Pardo, Cebu City, naked in bed.

Both the married man and his alleged mistress are currently detained at the Parian Police Station.

Police said the wife is determined to file concubinage charges against the two.
