The newly-opened Filipino fusion restaurant Bayanihan Native Cuisine offers the best Filipino flavors with a twist.

Situated on the first floor of FLB Corporate Center (across Ayala Center Cebu H&M exit and beside Ayala Center Cebu PUJ Terminal), the restaurant can accommodate 127 guests in spacious, homelike dining areas decorated with modern interiors and touches of Capiz shell, bamboo, and rattan.
“Bayanihan,” a culture of unity and cooperation among Filipinos, inspires the restaurant to bring together distinctive recipes from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao regions.
Look forward to mouthwatering appetizers like Lumpiang Cebuano, Paku Pomelo Salad, Lumpiang Sariwa, and Scallops Sa Sugbo. Aside from these, savory soups like Chicken Binakol sa Aklan and Turmeric Halaan are staple dishes.
Bayanihan offers a diverse selection of vegetables, chicken, beef, pork, seafood, noodles, and rice bowls for main dishes. Enjoy signature dishes such as Turmeric Chicken, Bayanihan Fried Chicken, Sizzling Beef Pochero, Cebu Pork Express, Butterfly Squid, Pinoy Pad Thai, and Crispy Palabok.
For diners on a budget, such as students or office workers around the area, they serve rice bowls like Kawali Kare-kare, Sisig Kapampangan, Grilled Bangus, Beef Pares, and Bayanihan Fried Chicken at 199 PHP.
Espresso-based beverages, mocktails, and signature cocktails are also available.
Aside from their à la carte dining experience, Bayanihan Native Cuisine has buffet-style dining for large groups. Their three private function rooms cater to 42 people and include amenities like a portable audio system and flat-screen TV. The function rooms can be divided into small groups to accommodate 14 persons. Rates for smaller functions start at 5,800 PHP.
Parking spaces are also available on the second floor of the building.
