THREE persons were arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in barangay Poblacion, Toledo City last Friday night.
Salvador Diano, 45, his live-in partner Jannel Baculi, 25, and Ramil Cabardo, 30, sold a pack of suspected shabu to a police decoy, said Insp. Jovito Labra, deputy chief of the Toledo Police Station.
Labra said Diano was the target of the police operation. Baculi served as a runner while Cabardo was Diano’s partner in the drug trade, said police.
Seized from Diano were two medium-sized packs believed to contain shabu. Baculi yielded nine sachets while confiscated from Cabardo were two big packs of suspected shabu.
