Guests who seek fast-casual dining options now get to enjoy popular food offerings at more friendly price points. NUSTAR’s Food Hall features curated fares from homegrown and national food brands.
Upon stepping into the Food Hall, the irresistible aromas wafting through the sleek and thoughtfully lit space will create a heightened desire for the sweet and savory dishes on offer, before guests even begin to dig in.
With a lineup of 16 distinctive casual dining options, the Food Hall boasts an enticing variety of flavors and cuisines, which guests can graze through every time they visit.
Savor the iconic boneless lechon at Cebu’s Original Lechon Belly, prepared using innovative techniques and the freshest ingredients. Local street food staples like ginabot and ngohiong are also available. To celebrate the launch of the Food Hall, Cebu’s Original Lechon Belly is offering a complimentary Lechon Meal for every single receipt purchase of Php1,000 or more until December 31, 2023.
Indulge in the rich and authentic flavors of Filipino cuisine at Jose Filipino Kitchen, with dishes like Pinaputok na Salmon Belly, Crispy Pork Kare-Kare, and Adobong Pula, among other flavorsome favorites.
Guests can satisfy their craving for fresh, hot, and delicious flavored chicken wings from New York Buffalo Brad’s Hot Wings and complement it with their preferred level of hotness that will surely take them to a whole other level of experience. It also offers other crowd-favorite comfort food items like ribs, pasta, New York burgers, hot dogs, churros and fries.
Nonki Express, Nonki’s first quick-service concept, is a haven for Japanese food enthusiasts. It serves an array of rice meals, including katsu curry, beef teriyaki don, and tendon, plus maki, ramen, and poke bowls, which guests can enjoy alongside imported Japanese beverages and desserts.
Potato Corner has also found its way to NUSTAR’s Food Hall, serving its signature crispy, golden fries that have become a favorite of many. Apart from the fries that come in classic and premium flavors, Potato Corner also offers corn dog and chicken pops.
Shawarma Gourmet brings the authentic taste of Lebanese cuisine to NUSTAR’s Food Hall, through expertly spiced and marinated meats, grilled to tender perfection. Each bite of each wrap transports guests to the bustling streets of Lebanon.
Those who wish to quench their thirst in a healthier way can make their way to Thirsty, which serves fruit-based drinks, salads, and its all-fruit ice cream line called Fruit Pops. Every sip or bite celebrates the natural goodness of fresh fruits and delivers a burst of flavor and nourishment.
While NUSTAR’s Food Hall is a culinary destination brimming with delectable options, the unique experience is made even better with the integration of Timezone, providing an eclectic mix of fun activities for all ages.
The VR Dark Mars at Timezone NUSTAR is the first VR game outside Metro Manila. It is an immersive virtual reality experience that gives guests an adrenaline rush as they navigate vividly rendered worlds with challenges and excitement at every turn.

More stalls and kiosks will be opening soon, including Dai Pai Dong, the latest brand from the Harbour City group, the pioneer of the dim sum concept in Cebu, and the home of Cebuano favorite dishes such as the original steamed fried rice.
Dai Pai Dong, which traditionally refers to a street food stall in Hong Kong, aims to showcase and elevate humble Hong Kong street food dishes like claypot rice, offering customers a delightful and familiar gastronomic experience.
Other brands to set up shop at the Food Hall are Gong Cha, Coffeebay, Odenya Han, Bangkok Kitchen, Peri-Peri Charcoal Chicken and Sauce Bar, BBQ Chicken, and Big Star Pizza.
