A 30-YEAR-OLD habal-habal driver was stabbed by his passenger in barangay Quisol, Danao City, northern Cebu.
Juren Laurito Batucan sustained a stab wound in the hip.
Police said Batucan was driving with the still-unidentified assailant as his passenger when he was attacked past 3 p.m. Tuesday.
The assailant fled after the attack, leaving the victim slumped on the ground.
The victim was taken to the Danao City Provincial Hospital.
Police are still investigating the motive of the attack.
