Cebu City Hall issued a closure order against a restaurant in barangay Capitol Site for operating with expired and revoke permits.

Camia Street Cafe and Restaurant along Don Jose Avila St. was found to have continued operating with   a temporary business permit issued on Jan. 23, 2015 valid until April 20, 2015.

The closure order signed by Mayor Michael Rama was  addressed to the owner Elaine Lee. It said Cebu City Zoning Board records showed the two-storey building’s locational clearance was  revoked last December 4, 2014.

The restaurant’s  building permit and fencing permit were also revoked by the Office of the Building Official last February 16.  The restaurant also lacked  a Certificate of Occupancy.

The order was issued  last Thursday.
