THE Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas in Katipunan St., barangay Labangon, Cebu City is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the parents and relatives of these two abandoned infants.

A baby boy, estimated to be 3 weeks old, was found by Anna Marie Bokol inside the gate of the Cania family home in Jesusa Ville, Cadahuan, Talamban, Cebu City last May 27 at 3:30 a.m.

A newborn girl was found by Liby Robia near a garbage pile along Maria Cristina Street (near Nice Day car wash) in barangay Capitol Site, Cebu City last May 22 at 6 a.m.

The parents and relatives of the abandoned children may visit social worker Vilma Cosido at the RSCC or contact her at (032)-4140243.

Failure of the parents or relatives to appear or claim the children within two months will subject the children to abandonment proceedings at the DSWD Central office.
