The annual dental and medical mission of SM Foundation is set on Aug. 11 to 13 in northern Cebu to serve hundreds of people in three municipalities.
This year’s theme: “Gamot Para sa Kapwa” aims to deliver services such as electrocardiogram (ECG), X-Ray mobile clinic, urinalysis, free medicines, and medical and dental (tooth extraction only) consultations.
Spearheaded by SM Foundation Inc., volunteers from the different support groups like the Philippine Red Cross and barangay health workers will be gathered for one mission, which is to give free medical and dental check-up.
SM Foundation Inc. Health and Medical Programs executive director Connie Angeles assured that the event will be given utmost service to those who needed it.
The medical and dental mission happens on Aug. 11 in San Remegio Rural Health Center, Bogo City gym on Aug. 12, and at the covered parking of SM City Consolacion on Aug. 13. Registration for beneficiaries with stubs begins from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., while the medical and dental mission will start from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
