time.A piece of pork, a serving of rice, pancit and two pieces of siomai will be part of the menu of the six identified caterers providing food for the special police security deployed for the second round of APEC meetings.
Senior Supt. Rey Lyndon Lawas, spokesperson of task force site for APEC, said over 2,000 policemen have been deployed to secure the meetings until Oct. 14.
A daily budget of P300 has been set aside per policeman.
Lawas said they are making sure this time that the quality of the food is good and the packed meals are delivered on time.
