AppleOne Properties, Inc. (API), in partnership with Philippine National Bank (PNB), travels to Japan to run a series of financial literacy sessions on real estate investments for Filipinos overseas.  Joining the travel are PNB executives and top sellers of AppleOne Properties, Inc.’s in-house sales and marketing team headed by its In-House Sales Director Divine Cavan.

The roadshow also featured updates on AppleOne Banawa Heights and the progress of its construction phase.  To date, AppleOne Banawa Heights has completed on schedule its 12-storey Tower 1 and Tower 2 — showcasing a fulfillment of its distinctly themed residential condominium project inspired by the world-renowned classic architecture of  San Francisco Bay Area.  Another topping off ceremony will take place next month for Villa 1.

API Executive Vice President Yvet Andalis said, ” Part of our advocacy is to reach out to as much as Filipinos as we can overseas and help educate them on solid investments. We want them to start investing in real estate while they are young so they can take advantage of lower monthly amortizations with longer payment period and lower interest rates.  Some of our kababayans have the willingness and the interest to prepare for their eventual retirements but do not know how. We are there to extend our hands and help them out in every step of the way. Also, our country’s economic climate is at its healthiest so this is a great time to start thinking about investing wisely.”

AppleOne Properties, Inc. is the first development company in the real estate industry to partner with banks for its international roadshows. PNB Assistant Vice President / Team Head – Regional Consumer Finance Center – Cebu Bohol Area Leila Quevedo-Amante said, “It is refreshing to partner with a dynamic and innovative real estate company that is willing to support dreams of Filipinos overseas whom we consider as one of our primary clientele worldwide.  Through this partnership, we are committed that transactions with AppleOne will be convenient and hassle-free for buyers.”

Present at the Japan roadshow were PNB Tokyo Loans Officer MJ Okamoto who gave a brief presentation on loans and also PNB Tokyo Managing Director Jay Rifareal.  PNB provides assistance to fast-track processing of loan applications to buyers. The Japan roadshow is just one of AppleOne’s many roadshows including places such as the Middle East, Northern America, Canada and other parts of Asia Pacific.

AppleOne Properties, Inc. is pioneer for numerous innovative marketing programs in the industry including cash incentives, travels and international roadshows in countries such as Singapore, Dubai, Qatar, Canada and in U.S.A. major cities: San Francisco, Las Vegas, San Diego, Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey and Chicago.  It has also sponsored travels for sales partners to U.S.A.’s National Association of Realtors Conference.

AppleOne Banawa Heights is a 2.8 hectare residential development on the hills of Banawa — offering the first gated  themed residential condominium subdivision featuring a private cluster concept, which allows for a maximum of only 6 units in a floor. It is  a  project of AppleOne Properties Inc.,  a real estate development company with close to 20 years of experience in construction and development under various companies: Brickwall Construction & Development Corporation, Golden Bee International, Inc. and Sunsky Development Corporation.  API is also the developer of AppleOne-Equicom Tower, located in Cebu Business Park, a premier financial district in the city.
