On September 19 at Ramos, Cebu.  Family and close friends of Dr. Rachel Lim, owner of Dessert Factory Restaurant & Bakery, gathered for the blessing of their third outlet in Cebu.  Dessert Factory currently has  2 other outlets at Lahug and Ayala Center Cebu.

Dessert Factory is also celebrating its 15 years this 2015. Counting Ramos as their 3rd outlet, the newest addition to the Lahug Outlet and Ayala Center Cebu out will be a Dessert Factory in Mandaue City at Parkmall, which will happen in the next weeks, and later another one at JCentre Mall, in A.S. Fortuna.

Dessert Factory is open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. They serve everything from breakfast, which starts at 7:00 am, to desserts: signature cakes, ice cream cakes, to Pinoy Favorites, to drinks like: coffee, teas, chocolate drinks, ice blended drinks and other tasty Chewkies (Chewy Cookies) like this Chocolate Chip Cookie, a sure steal for only 10 pesos!

When asked about what is different about this Ramos Branch from the other 2 outlets, Chef Kenneth answers, “We have a totally different look here at the Ramos Branch,” he then adds with a giggle, “the food is not as expensive as the place looks.”

Dessert Factory aims and lives by this simple yet heart-warming principle: “We want people to walk out with happy memories,” says Chef Kenneth.

Dessert Factory, awarded with a Certificate of Excellence by Trip Advisor, is truly a 2015 Winner!
