Dead woman found tied up inside parked car

THE remains of an unidentified woman was found slumped inside a green Kia Picanto vehicle that was parked at Almendras St. Corner F. Cabahug Street in barangay Mabolo, Cebu City at past 5 am today.

A 33-year-old security guard identified as Wilfredo Paspi assigned at Alcon building found the vehicle when he checked on a water meter located near the parked car.

Paspi said he was surprised to see feet tied with packaging tape through the car’s glass window.

He reported his discovey to the police.

He said the green Kia Picanto bearing plate number YDL-514 was parked at the area when he reported for work at 7 pm yesterday.

The woman was found slumped in between the two front seats with a blood soaked cloth covering her head and her hands and feet tied with packaging tape.

The doors were unlocked.

Scene of the Crime (SOCO) police arrived in the area at 6 am today.

They found an ID card bearing the name Agnelen Uy but they have yet to verify if the card belonged to the dead woman whose remains were pulled out of the vehicle at 7 a.m.
