Nestled in the rooftop garden of the mall’s newly opened expansion, the  Ulli’s Streets of Asia serves lip-smacking food at unbelievable prices.

This latest addition to Ayala Center Cebu’s ultimate dining destinations, bolsters the Urbina family’s legacy of preserving the rich culinary tradition of Cebu through their Laguna Group of restaurants.

Following the success of Cafe Laguna, Laguna Garden Cafe, LemonGrass, U Kitchen and Laguna Catering, the Ulli’s Streets of Asia mirrors the Laguna Group’s passion for good food and great dining experience.

The meaning behind the restaurant’s name came from the third generation of Urbinas’ term of endearment of their grandmother Julita “Julie” Urbina.

“Dining at this place gives you access to some of the most sought-after street food of Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam and Japan. It’s like you traveled around the Asia. But no, you’re still in the Philippines and you get to eat these food without going to extra miles but only here in Cebu,” says Raki Urbina, the restaurant’s Managing Director and Corporate Chef.

All meals are prepared in plain sight, open kitchen for customers to get the feel of the street, as if they’re in the place where they can walk, explore and eat for less.

According to Chef Raki, “Street food is comfort food. We’re taking the best-tasting dishes from abroad to our city and we make it a point that what you can order from this restaurant are from actual recipes that bring the real taste of these food like in those foreign countries.”

“They are all authentic, not fusion. There are no mixing of different ingredients to the original recipes. We serve a compilation of famous street food in Asia,” he adds.
