Dumanjug VM charged for failing to return laptop

DUMANJUG Vice Mayor Efren Gica will face trial for failing to return a government owned laptop worth P52,640 that he used during his term as town councilor that ended in June 2010.

The Ombudsman found sufficient basis to indict Gica on charges of malversation of property.
