CEBUANO motocross ace Jon Eleazar Adlawan and well known bike brand KTM forged a partnership for the benefit of the young aspiring riders.

Starting this summer, KTM Visayas Corporation headed by Lead Sales officer Robbie Neil Enriquez and Adlawan will hold a summer clinic which will focus in the grass roots level.

According to Enriquez, the partnership with Adlawan is one way of promoting KTM to the Cebuanos since the clinic will be handled by Adlawan, a multi-titled international motocross rider.

Last Sunday, around 30 motocross riders joined Man and Machine Promotions’ year-end mini race held at their very wide race track in Lipata, Minglanilla.

It was organized by Man and Machine Promotions’ chief Jonas Adlawan, the father of Jon Eleazar.

According to Enriquez, the partnership will also promote further the sport of motocross not just here in Cebu but in the entire Visayas and Mindanao regions.

Aside from KTM, which orginates in Austria, Adlawan will also endorse the Swedish dirt bike brand Husqvarna, which he used during the race last Sunday.

Enriquez also announced that the spacious KTM showroom at the North Reclamation Area (NRA) beside Cafe Racer will officially open on the third week of December.

He said those who purchase KTM bikes will get a free ticket to the summer clinic next year.

Adlawan is thankful for the newly sealed partnership and was impressed with KTM and Husqvarna’s power.

“The bike is complete in all aspects and it really fits my style,” said Adlawan.
