A 29-year-old man in Cebu City shot himself in the forehead but survived.
POlice said he got irked after his girlfriend refused his request to buy him a hamburger yesterday in barangay Ermita, Cebu City.
The man was rushed to the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center.
A friend of the victim who was present during the incident said the couple argued when the boyfriend’s request wasn’t granted.
He said the boyfriend even poked a gun at the woman but the friend intervened and pacified him.
The friend and the girl left the young man in his room.
Later on they heard a gunshot from inside the room.
They found the man sprawled on the floor with gunshot wound in the head.
