THE Children’s Shelter of Cebu Inc. (CSC) is requesting the parents and relatives of an abandoned minor to come forward.

Jessa Javier was born at the Cebu City Medical Center on Sept. 21, 2004.

She was one year old when entrusted by her mother, Irish Canoy Javier, to Inocenta “Winnie” Macani of sitio Kamangahan, Katipunan Street, barangay Labangon, Cebu City.

A certain Odessa Sonali Braceroto referred Jessa to CSC on Sept. 4, 2015 for temporary residential care.

The parents and relatives of Jessa may visit social worker Crisologo Secuya or Mitchell S. Ohlendorf, executive director of the child-caring agency at 178-I.D Sun Valley V. Rama, Cebu City, or call long distance collect at 2542944.

Failure of the parents to claim the child within one month will subject the latter to legal abandonment proceedings.
