Shell revamps customer experience, introduces new services
Motorists often find themselves at a gasoline station to simply refuel their vehicles. But a gasoline station should be more than just a pit stop for road warriors. It must go over and beyond being a quick stop and be an oasis for people who are on the go.
To realize this, Pilipinas Shell recently opened its one-stop shop where motorists can grab their food, drinks, and chill out for a good moment: The Deli2Go.
Making it their debut step towards redefining customer experience in a gas station, Pilipinas Shell introduced its first Deli2Go store along Pusok, Lapu-lapu City. Deli2go serves a wide array of quick snacks, coffee, and rice meals to satisfy motorists. These well-thought products are made available fresh and affordable 24/7.
“We at Shell understand that the needs of our customers are evolving. And in continuously putting our customers at the heart of our business, we aim to provide them with our newest offerings at Deli2Go. We ensure that our food here is not compromising the taste and quality that Filipinos deserve,” Vice President for retail of Pilipinas Shell Anthony Lawrence Yam said.
Shell is targeting to open 50 Deli2Go stores nationwide. 25% of which will be concentrated in Metro Cebu.
Shell also continues to provide quality products and services for all vehicles. It has also renovated its Shell Helix Oil Change+ lube bay to allow motorists to maintain their cars in a convenient and comfortable manner. Equipped with professional and well-trained technicians, vehicles also receive performance maintenance checks before hitting the road. To complement the trusted service, a wide range of quality Shell Helix lubricants are available for the various types of vehicles. And to ensure that vehicle owners are comfortable as they have their cars serviced, Shell has provided a lounge equipped with WiFi access for customers to enjoy.
Shell gas station has well-appointed, clean restrooms, many of which have been recently renovated for comfortable use.
