Two suspected drug pushers from Minglanilla town were arrested in separate buy bust operations on Saturday night and Sunday dawn.

Police confiscated P0.8 million worth of shabu from Felix Mas alias “Waray” and Marlix Cabaluna whom police identified as level three drug pushers.

Mas was arrested outside of his residence in Barangay Tunghaan past 6 p.m. on Saturday. Chief Insp. Franco Oriol of the Minglanilla Police Station said they recovered two large packs and several small packs of shabu weighing a total of 50 grams from Mas’ possession.

The shabu has market value of at least P560, 000. Oriol said they also confiscated P200 cash and a caliber. 38 revolver from Mas.

Cabaluna, he said, was arrested for possession of 26 grams of shabu worth about P306, 800 after he sold a pack of shabu to a poseur buyer.

Mas and Cabaluna are now detained at the Minglanilla police station, said Oriol.

The two will be facing charges for the violation of the anti-Drugs Law while an additional charge for the violation of the Comelec gun ban and the illegal possession of firearm will be filed against Mas.
