Mandaue City’s fire victims who are staying at the grounds of the Cebu International Convention Center (CICC) received relief goods distributed by the Philippine Red Cross (PCR).

The distribution is led by PCR chairman and senatorial candidate Richard “Dick” Gordon.

Gordon personally distributed the relief goods to the victims.

Gordon said he was not at the CICC as a senatorial candidate but as PCR chairman.

He wore a long sleeved blue polo and didn’t wear campaign stickers.

The relief goods consisted of family kits, canned goods, blankets, towels and personal hygiene products.

Gordon then met with Mandaue City officials like Mandaue City Administator James Abadia with whom he had a closed door meeting.

Gordon said he talked to Abadia about extending more aid to the victims.
