Burglars ransack DepEd Mandaue office, cart away P35K cash, items

THE Department of Education Office in Mandaue City lost P35,000 worth of cash, jewelry and gadgets to burglars who ransacked their office last Saturday.

PO1 Mike Lamboson of the Centro Police precinct said the suspects  broke into  five offices located at the second floor of the DepEd building by destroying the door knobs.

Burglars entered the offices assigned to Education Supervisor Rosario Casilagan, 52; School Governance and Operational Division head Adeline Luarez, 43, School Supervisor Benjamin Tiongzon, 50, and Senior Education Program Specialist Michele Ulcasan, 33 and Felicitas Magno, 56.
