Legazpi City – Riza Jane Vallente of Mabini, Bohol tasted her first-ever medal in her fourth stint in Palarong Pambansa.

The Grade 9 student of La Union High School in Candijay, Bohol won gold in the secondary girls 400-meter hurdles.
